I recently had the good fortune of meeting and hanging out with Danny Nemu. Danny is a hypnotist, independent researcher, speaker, and author. He came to my part of the world for a conference so naturally I arranged a hang out with all the usual suspects… er, I mean my local magical friends. As part of general hijinks, we got the idea to offer a live hypnotic induction for the group.
The induction — which is like an extremely effective and powerful hypnotic guided meditation — was to go to the graveyard and meet with Hecate. See, Hecate is a spirit on a mission right now. I’ve been working with Her since 2010, but lately I’ve seen Her power and influence in the wider magical community expand exponentially. Everyone was having all the engagement and synchs and omens about Her so it felt very natural and right to focus on Her. I was honored to have a role in the induction itself.
The in-person induction went so well that we decided to do an online version that we would record, edit, and release. We managed to gather a group of inductees on the fly over Zoom (thanks all!) and the recording is now live and available for purchase on his site. I was thrilled to host Danny and super impressed with his skills as a hypnotist and magician. My hope is that we can work together in the future on both additional inductions as well as some stuff I have planned for my courses. He’s great and deserves your support, so go check out his stuff.
