I recently had the best time talking with Lonnie Scott of Weird Web Radio. I love doing podcasts (if you have one — hint hint — I’d love to talk with you!) and Lonnie is a particularly good interviewer.

One of the thing I talked about is my “BIG COURSE.” I’ve been working on it for what seems like forever and it’s a full on, multi-week, top-to-bottom course in personal project management and magic. It’s like learn ALL THE THINGS!
I was stuck for months trying to record narration for the course because unlike my interviews, it felt really stiff and forced. I finally realized that I do better presenting when I actually have people listening. So my current plan is to do the first launch of the course live, over the span of probably 6-8 weeks with attached Q&A sessions. I’ll record the live sessions, with all their energy and errors and use that for the course ongoing. I think that will be much more fun and a bonus for those willing to be my early adopters.
